The Chef:
Rebecca Brazzle has always loved to cook and has been cooking since she was a child. She started taking culinary classes in high school and loved every minute of it. Rebecca plans on moving to San Diego to begin her career as a chef after graduation from the Institute for the Culinary Arts in May.

The Menu:
1st Course- Scallop, Soy Sesame Vinaigrette, Caramelized Onions

2nd Course- Swordfish, Basil Oil, Mushroom and Bacon Saute, Asparagus

3rd Course- Chicken Roulade, White Wine Sauce, Grilled Zucchini, Smashed Potatoes
Dessert- Strawberry Marscapone Shortcake

  1. I had the privilege of dining at the Bistro Monday night and enjoyed Rebecca's well planned meal. EVERYTHING was delicious - Rebecca did a wonderful job !!!!!! I am not much of a fish-lover but the Swordfish with basil oil was, to put it mildly, OUT OF THIS WORLD. If all fish were prepared as well as this was, I'd eat alot more fish =)(BTW - Can I have the recipe??)
    I cannot stress enough - how delicious everything was - Great job Rebecca !!!

  3. sadly i will not be trying rebeccas meal. but i do get to eat some wonderful meals at home made by her. and shell i bet you she will give you the recipe. i will ask her if she ever gets home. anyways her food looks delicious. i might try a bit of it tomorrow off my moms plate if she will let me
